Welcome to NICKS Waste Removal Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website www.nickswasteremoval-uk.com and booking any of our waste removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided
We provide the following services across London and surrounding areas: household waste removal, commercial rubbish removal, same-day waste collection, loft, flat & garden clearance, furniture and bulky waste disposal, and responsible recycling and waste management. All collections are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Quotes
All prices provided over WhatsApp, phone, or via website contact forms are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. The final price may change depending on actual waste volume, weight, labour requirements, access to the property, or additional items not shown in photos. You will always be informed of the final price on arrival before work begins. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection free of charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a call-out fee to cover travel and booking time. If we arrive on site and you refuse service, a minimum call-out fee may also apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our service, you confirm that you have the authority to remove the waste from the property, that the waste does not contain hazardous materials unless previously disclosed, that access to the waste is safe and unobstructed, and that parking is available for our vehicle (parking charges, if any, must be covered by the customer).

5. Waste Restrictions
We do not collect hazardous waste, chemicals or liquids, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, gas bottles or pressurised cylinders, or paint, solvents or oil unless pre-arranged. If such waste is present and undisclosed, we reserve the right to refuse the job and charge a call-out fee.

6. Payments
We accept cash, bank transfer and (where available) card payment. Payment must be made on completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices for commercial clients must be paid within 7 days of issue.

7. Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage to items that customers request to be removed as waste, delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control, incorrect information provided by the customer, or items left behind because they were hidden or inaccessible. We take every measure to avoid property damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
